The former Chief Minister of the state and head of prominent political party National Conference has turned as a strong advocate of peace process and dialogue as the relations between India and Pakistan are at zero .
He has stated -”
War is not the solution for anything. There is no other way other than dialogue to resolve issues(between India & Pakistan).
Also, there is a need to initiate a dialogue process with our own people, look at the condition in J&K today.”
He recently called for Kashmir Dispute resolution to end terrorism in region .
