The state agriculture Department especially in Kashmir has been lagging required efficiency and manpower to achieve the desired excellence.
Officers opine had it not been the efforts of tall leader of our state and Parliamentarian Muzzafar Baig the agriculture Department would have plunged into rot.
The officers stated -“It was the first time ever of PDP rule under late Mufti Mohammad Saeed and agriculture Department was not going through any recruitment since many years, we the qualified were frustrated and once agitated furiously in the rally of CM Mufti Saeed.”
These officers added that after lot of struggle finally Muzaffar Baig gave appointment and he was finance Minister at that time.
“We remember Muzaffar Baig Sahab gave us patient hearing and looking at the genuinity of our issues he via his vision, Calibre initiated the recruitment process in year 2005 and finally we the qualified one got recruited in the agriculture Department. Today we are officers due to Muzaffar Baig.”
Voices state that it has been again more than decade and no recruitment is being done in agriculture Department.
But, the officers say vision shown by the Muzaffar Baig is still paying dividends and is once again craving for same.
