Srinagar, June 15(KNB): Talat Parvez Rohella, Secretary to the Government, higher education department, has been designated as
Commissioner/Secretary to the Government, higher education department, on Monday with an immediate effect.
The order issued by Government of Jammu and Kashmir, General Administration Department, read as, “In terms of proviso(I) to sub-rule 5 of rule 21 of the Jammu and Kashmir Administrative Service rules 2008, Mr Talat Parvez Rohella, KAS, Secretary to the Government, higher education department, is hereby designated as Commissioner/Secretary to the Government, higher education department, with immediate effect.”
