Srinagar 03 April (KNB): Netizens from Mumbai to Srinagar on Social networking sites hailed the efforts of additional SP Rajouri Liyaqat Ali Choudary for lending a quick helping hand response to the severely ill patient whose son had tried to reach out to him while cycling from Mumbai to Rajouri.
Founder of War against Railway Rowdies, Dipesh Tank wrote on Facebook that “Humans are filled with love & kindness.
“It’s the politics of hate that infects our mind and our action. Long live humanity. Got calls from J&K Govt and Mr. SP has ensured medical help to the cycle man’s father. I also got to know that he is returning to Mumbai from Gujarat border. Thank you, everyone, for praying/sharing. This is who we are, and this who we should be always. Be kind, be love (sic).”
A day Kashmir News Bureau (KNB) carried a story ‘’Amid Lockdown, Rajouri man starts cycling from Mumbai to reach his ailing father’’ which prompted a quick response from Adl. SP Rajouri and with no time, the officer visited his house to help the old man who suffered brain haemorrhage.
Talking to Kashmir News Bureau, one of the relatives of Mohammad Arif said, “Adl.SP Rajouri visited here personally and also talked with the doctor, assured all the help.”
Another Facebook user wrote, “Humanity is alive, I would love to thank Mr SP Liyaqat for his quick response. Officers like him are the need for the society, Good Luck Cop.’’
Pertinently, Residents of Mumbai had launched a campaign on social media sites to help the Rajouri man Mohammad Arif by sharing the videos and photos on their timelines with hashtag of #HelpArif.
