When Mehbooba Mufti some 18 months back became the first women chief minister of troubled State of Jammu and Kashmir hopes were raised high and more so her strong character as opposition leader had given hope.
But down these so many months one after another disappointment has been the destiny of Kashmir on account of her acute failures .
The killings and blinding , historic strikes and curfews of 2016 due to poor handling of agitation by her government have been followed by meek surrender on special status of the state evident from poor defense shown so far in defending article 35 A.

“Article 35 A is the soul of article 370 and first not taking matter seriously, secondly not much spine shown by Mehbooba Mufti lead Government to defend it and thirdly even the file related to 35 A getting stolen without much hue and cry shows that special status of the state under Mehbooba regime has been lent death blow.”
In nutshell, it looks Mehbooba Mufti Government is in hidden manner party to onslaught on special status of Jammu and Kashmir with BJP, thus culprit of leading demographic change .
