A 03-member gang allegedly involved in several theft was busted by the police in Khanyar on Wednesday, with the recovery of valuables worth around 50 lakh from their possession.
Under the supervision of Shafkat Bhat S.P North Kashmir, team headed by SDPO Mir Aijaz and Station Officer Rafiq Ahmad formed a special team to nab the offenders and other offenders who are operating in.
Meanwhile, the squad has been successful in nabbing 03 accused, and has recovered valuable items worth Rs.50 lakh.
Police has registered the case under section 12/2015,72/2015, 04/2016 Ps Khanyar, 2/2015U/S 457,380 RPC PS Lal Bazar and 18/2015U/S 457,380RPC PS Nowgam
