The local administration is in construction of the bridge assisted by the Indian Army under aegis of Chinar Corps. The project has been undertaken based on request received from villagers under Op Sadbhavana wherein Army provides humanitarian efforts for uplifting the lives of local people. Efforts have commenced for construction of 140 feet Bailey bridge over Erin Nala with an aim to connect two important villages of Gamroo and Gund Kesar of Bandipur District.
The construction of the bridge will be completed in a short span of 10 days started from 9th May. The bridge will help in connecting two important villages thereby making easier axis to villagers for better facilities of Education, Markets and Medical. The bridge will be a major boon for reducing daily hardships of the villagers.
