In a blatant and gross violation of all prescribed norms and regulations, Mohammad Yaseen Masoodi incharge Deputy Director Law Enforcement Agriculture Department has left for Hyderabad training without any sanction or without any valid station permission from higher authority which is mandatory for every government servant of this nature before leaving his place of duty .
In another violation, the said officer also violated the rules by himself issuing order of his charge takeover to another handpicked officer.
Pertinently, these steps taken by the said officer have been termed as clear cut violations of all service and CSR rules .
When contacted the State Agriculture Minister Ghulam Nabi Lone Hanjura stated -” The matter has come under our notice and we are going to take a serious note of this matter and ensure swift action against the erring official.”
Voices are seeing this act of senior officer as a blow to the efforts of transparency and accountability in the state .
