Terming the Kashmiri Pandits as part and parcel of the society, Geelani said, “We always welcome our Pandit brothers to return Valley and reside at their native places but we won’t allow the state administration to establish separates townships for them.”

He said that it is a conspiracy to divide Kashmiris on the name of religion as well as plan to defame Muslim of Valley. “India is trying to put communal colour in the freedom struggle of Kashmiris,” he said.

While reiterating his election boycott call, Geelani said that all the mainstream political parts including PDP, NC, Peoples Conference, AIP and others are the enemies of Kashmir cause. “These political parties are the puppets of Indian government,” he said, adding that to cast ballots in their favour is ‘Haraam in Islam’.

While referring to unity among pro-freedom leaders, Geelani said that they don’t have any differences over primary goals. “We all are against the occupation of Indian forces and want to get freedom from it,” he said.
