Police cordons whole area, searching for youth.

Srinagar: Amid restrictions and  separatist-sponsored shutdown to mark the third death anniversary of Parliament attack convict Mohammad Afzal Guru , an Unknown Youth Hoisted Pakistan’s national flag  in Abu Bakar Colony of Bemina, Srinagar on a cellular tower .




The police has cordon the area and is searching for the youth.
