Shopian, Feb 25(KNB): Two Militants were killed in an ongoing gunfight in South Kashmir Shopian district on Friday, police said.
According to official, that two unidentified militants were killed by security forces at Amshipora area of South Kashmir’s Shopian district
The gunfight was triggered after a joint team of the police, CRPF and Army cordoned off the Amshipora area and launched a search operation on the basis of specific information about presence of militants, police official told KNB
Mobile Internet has been also suspended in Shopian for precautionary measures.(KNB)
