Srinagar 30 December (KNB): Two more Militants killed in the encounter which started yesterday in the Hokarsar area of Srinagar, as search operation continues.

According to Kashmir News Bureau reports, two more unidentified militants have been killed, taking the toll of militants killed to three, in the encounter which started between militants and security forces on Tuesday.

Officials said that searching parties zeroed in on the suspected spot, resulting in firing from the hiding militants, which triggering off the gun-battle.

Meanwhile, the search operation has been initiated in the area.

Pertinently, essential traffic coming from Baramulla, Sopore, Gulmarg towards Srinagar remains diverted via Magam- Budgam to Srinagar and vice versa amid the security situation. (KNB)
