Schools and colleges will remain closed tomorrow in Srinagar district due to the killing of a local militant in Zakura Hazatbal Srinagar thid evening.
Syed Abid, Deputy Commissioner, srinagar, told Kashmir Scenario that class work in all schools, higher secondary schools, and colleges of srinagar shall remain suspended tomorrow.
He added “Admit cards will be treated as curfew passes for students.
“The decision has been taken to keep away the students from the protest as in the recent past some Kashmiri students reportedly pelted stones on the security forces”, sources said.
The administration has also imposed restrictions in eight police station areas of Srinagar tomorrow, Parimpora, Safakadal, khanyar, Nowhaata, M R gunj, Rainawari and partially restrictions in Kralgund and Maisuma.
