Broadband subscribers of Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) in the Rajbagh city are facing a lot of problems owing to frequent interruption of broadband service , poor connectivity and weak signal.
The subscribers said that the BSNL broadband services lie defunct in the Rajbagh causing immense hardships to the subscribers . They said that not only is broadband affected but mobile internet is also not functioning properly.
“I’m fed up with the constant poor service of BSNL. In every day the service was interrupted, due to which I couldn’t do my official work, which i have to report to the higher authorities. It is disgusting that the broadband services went out simultaneously,” complains Mohammad Yaseen.
Commercial services were also affected due to interruption of broadband internet connection in the city, creating inconvenience to the customers.
Despite repeated attempts, BSNL officials were not contacted for their comments over the serious issue.
