Srinagar, Dec 27 (KNB): The local cable operators of Kashmir are ruing the fact that fraudulent, illegal practices resorted to by the MD JK Media and Take One Subash Chaudary is infringing upon their right to live .
Even those who are in business since two decades in Kashmir are bearing the worst brunt. In 2013 Subash Chowdhary entered agreement with Kashmir based local cable operators to provide them signal of the paid channels but soon violated the agreement within six months despite taking all payments as a result the Kashmir based cable operators went to court and brought stay.
Pertinently, Subash Chowdhary even violated the recent agreement signed with K Nine Win and Satellite Media Services.
Farooq Ahmad of with K Nine Win and Satellite Media Services while talking to KNB stated – “ From day one violating his own signed agreements, trying to illegally destroy the bread and butter of Kashmir based cable operators, corrupting a few and trying to use suppressive influence against us has been the forte of Subash Chowdary.
We demand justice and appeal to honorable judiciary and Chief Minister of the State Mehbooba Mufti to have a serious look into this burning issue. Subash Chowdary wants take every control away from us. (KNB)
