JKP Goes Innovative and Smart, Starts Winter Warmup Camps In SXR

SRINAGAR , 26 DEC 2015 : Time when the education sector of Jammu and Kashmir is demanding an innovative approach, the Jammu and Kashmir Police has started an innovative program“winter warm up camp” for the children of age 12-16 years in various parts of Srinagar city.

These camps are aimed to provide  an opportunity to students so that they  get exposed to various other fields of life and a platform is provided for students to identify and  boost their inner hidden talent in various sectors like mobile photography, painting, costume designing, sketching and various other sectors.

Notably this innovative winter warm up camp program has been started on 21st December 2015 and will continue upto 16th of January 2016.These camps are being  organized by every police station of Srinagar in their respective jurisdiction and students pertaining to age  12-16 years are attending this camp .

Experts See this step by JKP as a remarkable in roping various experts from different sectors with the sprawling buds and  would help to make students get accustomed to visualize their fields of choice.

“Sabeena  Bano a student from  Government boys high school Nand pora Ranawari described this camp as an opportunity to cash in and get exposed to fields discussed by experts.”

Another student  shahid bilal insisted on conducting such events in other parts of valley too and looked it as  a best opportunity that a student can get through  best faculty and staff for a complete  know how of different fields of life

A police official described this camp as a building block of public police relation

“This camp is a  beginning step  in making  students aware about the diversity of the fields one could choose other than being an engineer or a doctor at an early stage. This camp also makes them aware about being self employed from an early age, by making their passion as their profession. The lectures being delivered here are aimed to make students aware about their role in wiping out  the menace of unemployment from our state ”  said police official
