Srinagar, Aug 19(KNB): In a decisive move, Jammu and Kashmir Bank Ltd has terminated the employment of Chief Manager Sajad Bazaz, effective immediately.
A formal announcement from the bank’s Managing Director stated that, having reviewed the findings provided by reputable agencies, the decision to dismiss Sajad Ahmad Bazaz, who was heading the Internal Communication and Marketing Department with employee code 4484, was deemed appropriate based on the established facts and circumstances of the case.
The MD’s order further highlighted that, invoking Rule/Provision 12.29 in OSM, the situation warranted immediate action without the need for an inquiry, considering the imperative of safeguarding the security of the State.
Consequently, Sajad Ahmad Bazaz, Chief Manager with employee code 4484, has been officially removed from his position effective immediately, as outlined in the order.(KNB)
