Srinagar, May 31 (KNB): Militants fired at the forces during the search operation triggering a fresh encounter at Dragad Sugan area of south Kashmir’s Shopian district after a brief shootout.
Earlier two bodies were recovered from the gunfight site while identities of the slain is being ascertained.
As per the reports fresh firing resumed between militants and government forces after searches for nearly 7 hours triggering encounter.
Meanwhile, One more body was recovered at the encounter site with death toll mounted to three so far.
The identities of the slain trio is being ascertained.(KNB)
