Sopore 5 February (KNB): A fire gutted Darul Uloom Riyaz ul Saliheen at Botingoo area of Zaingeer, Sopore early morning.
Officials said that a fierce fire broke out during the wee hours, at the Darul Uloom due to which property of the students and the institution suffered a heavy loss.
As per reports, the fire started inside the store room of the institution and further engulfed the nearby rooms which has resulted in severe damage to the building and destroyed items belonging to students and several gas cylinders.
Meanwhile, attempts are being made to ascertain the cause of the far. (KNB)
