Refuses to move out of Police Station Kothibagh
SRINAGAR , March 7 : In a strong show of resistance against illegal detentions and state suppression , Hundreds of AIP activists led by AIP Supremo and MLA Langate Er Rashid today held a protest march against slapping PSA on three persons of his Langate Constituency.
Amid strong resistance from protestors, the heavy contingent of Police detained Er Rashid along with dozens of AIP activists and lodged them in police station Kothibagh wherein now Er Rashid has refused to come out, reliable sources said.
Pertinent to mention, Police are in trouble as MLA has refused to come out of police station and has put forth demand of releasing 3 persons who have been detained under PSA.
