Srinagar, November 13: An encounter starts between militants and Goverment forces in Rajwar, Handwara on Monday evening. SDPO Handwara shabir khan told News Agency GNS that this evening Militants attacked a police party near Gangazar, Zachel area of Rajwar.
In the meantime, the attack was repulsed by cops resulting in an encounter.
Additional reinforcement army and SOG was rushed to the area, Khan said.
