Hizb pays tributes to slain commander




Praises recent attacks on forces

Srinagar, June 28 : Hizbul Mujahideen has paid tributes to the commander, Sameer Ahmad Bhat, who was killed in an encounter in Kupwara on Tuesday.

In an emailed statement to KNS, Hizb spokesman Syed Sadaqat Hussain said that the Hizb chief Syed Sallahudin chaired a meeting, in which the intensifying recent attacks on forces were discussed.

“Hizb Chief praised the militants for intensifying their attacks on Indian forces in Kashmir, saying that such attacks are signs of forces’ imminent defeat,” the spokesman said.




He said that the Indian forces after being attacked “target innocent civilians in Kashmir and resort to brutalities on them.”

He said that attacks like Pathankot Airbase, Bijbehara and Pampore and Drugmulla encounter are manifestation that militants are present in every part of the state. “Attacks will continue till last Indian soldier leaves Kashmir.” (KNS)
