Srinagar, October 12: Minister for Food, Civil Supplies, Consumer Affairs & Information Chowdhary Zulfkar Ali has expressed pleasure over participation of two young journalist in Global Media Fellowship (GMF) by Sinan Foundation Turkey.
The Minister congratulated Rameez Makhdoomi, Executive Editor Kashmir Scenario and Associate Editor News Kashmir and Bilal Bashir Bhat, Editor Only Kashmir Newsportal who were selected among the thousands of journalists of world for Sinan Foundation Turkey Fellowship in Global Media Training. There were total 31 countries who participated in the Fellowship and these two were selected representing India at global level.
The Minister said that such fellowship will turn helpful for the journalist community of this state and it is great to see young journalists of Kashmir participating in global programmes. He also congratulated both these journalists for getting International Media Achievement Certificate from the Foundation.
