The unabated arrest Spree in the Valley of Kashmir has caused lot of panic, chaos, resentment and unrest in Kashmir .
More than eight thousand persons have been arrested, with hundreds slapped under the draconian PSA. Many believe PSA, originally enacted,to crush timber smuggling has been used to crush political dissent .
Commoners and Analytical voices opine that this continuous arrest Spree will have negative ramifications .
Amnesty International and other noted organizations have castigated this exemplary use of PSA and arrest Spree.
“Censorship, arrests and detentions would have its severe impacts on the situation and in no way lead to improvement of situation.This can keep situation continuously under escalations, ” states an Analyst .
