Srinagar 07 January (KNB): The traffic movement on the Jammu and Kashmir National-Highway (JKNH) will remain shut for tomorrow on Friday after the heavy snowfall battered the valley since last Sunday, making roads impassable for vehicles.
According to officials, the traffic stands shut on JKNH keeping in view the accumulation of snow around Jawahar Tunnel and the landslides at several places on National Highway.
Pertinently, there are almost thousands of vehicles stranded on JKNH since January 3rd, most of them carrying essentials. Whereas, the air traffic was resumed today at Srinagar Airport after the suspension of flights from last Sunday. (KNB)
