In an important development with reference to Article 35 A ,
an application moved by Senior Congress Leader Tariq Karra before Supreme Court to implead him as a private party in the matter Article 35A has been accepted.
While Speaking to The Kashmir Scenario, Tariq Karra stated
“I am happy that my application to place me as private party in the Article 35 A has been accepted and we all are determined to fight any abrogation against article 35 A.”
