A senior cop working with Jammu and Kashmir Police, Fahad Tak was injured during clashes in Maisuma area of Srinagar on Friday
According to media reports, Tak was immediately shifted to New Dehli for specialised treatment
Sub-divisional police officer (SDPO) of police station Kothibagh, Fahad Tak was hit by stones on his nose and an eye during clashes that erupted after police foiled a rally of Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front and detained its senior leader Yasin Malik.
Police sources said Tak has sustained serious injury in his eye. “He has been flown to AIIMS New Delhi for specialised treatment,” they said
