Srinagar: Another Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) man succumbed on Saturday taking death toll to three.
Earlier, one policeman from Jammu and Kashmir police and one CRPF paratroopers were killed in a suicide attack in Pulwama district this morning.
The militants entered Pulwama town’s district police lines at around 3.40 a.m. and attacked a guard-post with grenades and gunfire.
Police constable Imtiyaz Ahmad Sheikh died on the spot while two CRPF paratroopers succumbed to their injuries later on.
The complex has been surrounded by the security forces and heavy firing was still continuing at around 11 a.m
