Postpaid mobile telephone services were on Monday restored in a Kashmir after being suspended for eight days to curb rumour-mongering in the Valley where 82 persons have been killed over the 73 past days.
The mobile telephone services across all networks were restored around 9pm, an official said.
The service was suspended on the eve of Eid-ul-Adha.
