Srinagar 13 January (KNB): At Srinagar International Airport, a passenger-packed Airplane’s engine hit the mounds of snow at the Airport when it was ready to take off for Delhi.
According to officials, the incident occurred with the Indigo Airplane which, carrying over 200 passengers, hit the accumulated snow mounds amassed at the Airport.
Furthermore, all the boarded passengers were later evacuated from the Airplane and the incident caused a little delay in the scheduled flight.
However, the said flight was among the ones carrying passengers, after the recent snowfall on this month’s 5th, to other parts of the country. (KNB)
