Srinagar, Mar 14: Pakistan has invited Hurriyat (M) leaders to attend the ‘Pakistan Day’ function on March 23 in New Delhi, which will be observed at Pakistan embassy in the India’s capital.
Sources told KNS the invitation has been sent to all the factions of Hurriyat Conference, civil society members and some journalists.
They informed that Hurriyat (M) leaders including the amalgam chairman, Mirwaiz Umar Farooq, Masroor Ansari, Professor Abdul Gani Bhat, Bilal Gani Lone, Mukhtar Ahmad Waza, Fazal Haq Qureshi, Advocate Shahid-ul-Islam, Javid Mir, Musadiq Adil, Abdul Manan Bukhari, Hilal War, Advocate Abdul Majeed Banday and Mushtaq Sofi have been invited for the function, slated to be held on Mar 23.
Besides, Hurriyat leaders, scores of civil society members and some journalists from Kashmir have also been invited to attend the function. (KNS)
