Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front (JKLF) chief Yasin Malik disallowed to participate in a Seerat conference being organized at the residence of Hurriyat (G) chairman Syed Ali Geelani in Hyderpora on Monday.
A JKLF spokesman said that Malik had reached outside the residence of Geelani, but a police party deployed outside prevented him from moving inside.
