In an epitome of inefficient practices adopted by the premier airlines Indian airlines towards Kashmir based commuters, the Flight no 822 today made passengers suffer a lot .
Pertinently, Flight no 822 indian airlines departure time was 2.10 from Srinagar to Jammu but left at 5 and reached at 5.30. Not only this the passengers were deboarded at 4 and also wait on runway for several hours rather than on airport.
A passenger stated – “This is not only rot but putting to rubbish all civilised practices by the Indian Airlines and as a result we have had to suffer a lot. Rather than being made to wait on airport we were kept like animals on runway and given no clear cut idea when flight will leave.”
Other Passengers in unison were quiet aghast with this inefficient approach of Indian Airlines.
