Anantnag 16 February (KNB): An Improvised Explosive Devise (IED) blast was triggered off in Bijbehera area of south Kashmir’s Anantnag district on Tuesday morning.
Officials said that a low intensity IED was triggered off in Pazalpora area of Bijbehera, by suspected militants, which resulted in severe damage to nearby vehicles.
However, no loss of life or injury was reported in the incident.
The IED, as per official, was kept in a tripper truck which blasted this last morning and following which the forces sealed the whole area to track down the suspects involved in the incident. (KNB)
