The Deputy Commissioners are acting as Nodal Officers of Indian occupational machinery in civilian cloak and are at the forefront of issuing detention orders under PSA.Also these DCs’ are actively coordinating with MLAs’, Central & State Intelligence agencies, JK Police, Indian Army and other Indian paramilitary forces to devise the plans and strategies to crush the present peoples’ uprising against the forced Indian occupation. For their anti-people and anti-movement role, list of all such Deputy Commissioners will be soon made public for the comprehensive boycott.
