In an ongoing gunfight between militants and security forces in Shopian, Hizbul Mujahideen militant has been reportedly killed on Thursday, police said.
According to police, the said militant has been identified as Irshad Ahmad of Maldaira, Turkawangan village of the district.
Encounter is still going on.
