People’s Democratic Front (PDF) chairman and MLA Khansahib Hakim Mohammad Yasin, has expressed shock and grief over the sad demise of Mufti Bashir Ahmad Farooqui.
Mufti Bashir Ahmad Farooqui breathed his last on Sunday after suffering a cardiac arrest.
In his condolence message, Hakeem Yaseen described late Farooqi as a great Islamic scholar who was an embodiment of spirituality, “His passing away has left behind a big void which will be difficult to fill,” he said and expressed heart-felt sympathy with the family of the late Islamic scholar and prayed for place in jannah for the departed soul.
