Srinagar 7 April (KNB): Cordon and Search Operation (CASO) was launched by the police and security forces at four places of south Kashmir on Wednesday morning and in Srinagar’s Gulab Bagh area last evening.
Regarding the latest updates about Gulab Bagh’s Shahi Hamdan colony’s search operation, the forces have been reportedly firing teargases towards the suspected house where militants are believed to be trapped.
However, in South Kashmir’s four different places, the army and police launched CASO on Wednesday morning in which one of the places is Pulwama’s Inder area where 55RR, 184BN CRPF and SOG launched searches.
While in Melhoora Wachi of Shopian, Chitragam of Shopian and Midoora of Tral searches were carried by 55RR, 178BN and SOG; 01RR,18BN CRPF, SOG and 42RR,180BN CRPF, SOG respectively. (KNB)
