Amid brewing anger over the proposed move to set wine shop at Srinagar International Airport, the state excise Department has stated that it will not provide license for the same.
Pertinently, in a letter Excise commissioner Javed Khan has made amply clear to Airport Authority of India that it will not grant license to liquor shop at Airport and neither can permit or allow its opening taking into consideration state rules and regulations.
