Srinagar 04 February (KNB): In the wake of light snowfall in different parts of the Valley, the weather in Jammu and Kashmir is going to remain mainly dry for next one week from tomorrow, as per MeT. 

Kashmir valley after receiving light snowfall, which was also witnessed on Thursday morning, helped to improve the temperature across Kashmir, with Srinagar witnessing 0.4 degrees C on Wednesday night.            

According to the weather official, “Mainly dry weather is expected for next one week from tomorrow, and minimum temperature is expected to fall by 2 to 3 degrees from tomorrow,” adding that the significant improvement in weather is going to be witnessed from today afternoon. 

Pertinently, the temperature recorded in Pahalgam, Gulmarg, Kokernag, Qazigund, Kupwara and Leh last night were -3.3 degree C, -6.4 degree C, -5.1 degree C, -0.8 degree C, -0.6 degree C,  and -9.3 degree C. (KNB)
