Baramulla 25 Sep(KNB): Ex-MLA and District President of the Democratic Progressive Azad Party, has raised a critical concern regarding the defunct state of the old hospital building in District Baramulla.
In a statement issued here, Lone said, The structure has remained non-functional for many years, posing a significant challenge for the community.
In light of the growing need for quality healthcare education and alternative medical practices, Mr. Lone and his party propose the establishment of an Ayurvedic Medical College in North Kashmir’s District Baramulla. Such an institution would play a vital role in providing holistic healthcare education and services to the region’s residents, he said.
“Shoaib Nabi Lone request the Government to consider utilizing the presently vacant old building of District Hospital Baramulla for the inception of this prestigious Ayurvedic college.
The old District Hospital building stands as a symbol of untapped potential, waiting to be transformed into a center of excellence for Ayurvedic education and healthcare. By repurposing this vacant structure, the government can make an invaluable contribution to the region’s healthcare landscape and empower the youth with opportunities for education and skill development.
Shoaib Nabi Lone and the Democratic Progressive Azad Party firmly believe that this endeavor will not only benefit the people of North Kashmir but also contribute to the growth and development of the entire region.(KNB)
