Earlier today a stray dog dropped a new born baby at Press Enclave of Srinagar on Thursday, witnesses said.
“The canine, just like protesters who throng the place to get media attention, dropped the dead baby in the colony,” said a shocked eye-witness.
The newborn was later wrapped in a newspaper and taken to Kothi Bagh police station.
Meanwhile, a case been registered and investigation taken up, said a police official.
