Srinagar, May 17(KNB): Sheikh Muhammad Imran, Deputy Mayor Srinagar Municipal Corporation (SMC) today joined the Peoples Conference party in presence of party chairman Sajad Lone.
General Secretary Imran Ansari, Mayor Srinagar Junaid Azim Mattoo and ex MLA Bashir Ahmed Dar were also present at the function.
Junaid Matoo who is also affiliated with the Peoples Confrence in a tweet said, “Welcome Deputy Mayor Srinagar @imrankehwah to @JKPC_ and wish him all the best. PC being the single largest party in SMC and having a clear majority plus this joining is good news for Srinagar. And for change!”(KNB)
