Srinagar 06 January (KNB): The customers of Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL), Airtel and other service providers in Hokersar, HMT and its adjacent areas are facing problems due to the network issues occurring since early morning.
During the inclement weather, when the people mostly prefer to remain in homes, the customers of BSNL, Airtel and other service providers face challenging times after the network issues developed in Hokersar and its adjoining areas, forcing the people to venture out of their homes to arrange things which could have done on one call.
“I have been trying since morning to establish contact with the gas agency as I am running out the gas at home. It seems very difficult to fetch gas because the network is weak and calls are continuously dropping,” said a BSNL customer from HMT.
Another local from the area said that the Airtel usually works well, but the problem has surfaced in the area regarding its network since the snowfall. “The calls are crashing automatically, and no calls establish in one go. I had to call my relatives as it was urgent, but nothing is working,” he added.
However, the people of the areas appeal to the concerned authorities to relieve them from the trouble and help the networks back on track. (KNB)
