Budgam 11 March (KNB): In another incident, a Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) personnel on Thursday morning reportedly committed suicide by shooting himself in Budgam.
As per the official, the CRPF had shot himself dead in Central Kashmir’s Budgam district with his assault rifle when he was inside his camp.
However, after shooting himself, he was later taken to the hospital for treatment, where he was declared dead by the on-duty doctors.
It is pertinent to mention that the incident comes after the recent committing of suicide by a senior officer of the Army at the BB Cantt Srinagar, which happened barely after some days of SSB man attempting to suicide, resulting in injury to his nape of the neck at Bemina. (KNB)
