Srinagar: Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti on Sunday drove to Baramulla, some 60 kms in north of Srinagar to meet local populace.
Pertinently, all local legislators, district level officials from administration and police are present at Dak Banglow Baramulla where CM is meeting people and issuing on-spot orders for the redressal of their grievances.
30 delegations from Pattan, Downtown, main Baramulla, Rafiabad, Sopore have met CM so, far, said an official from district administration Baramulla. more delegations are in line.
He said that on-spot decisions regarding health, power, PHE, irrigation and educational sector were taken There was an issue abut rent of school which has been solved while as decisions regarding up-gradation of schools and roads have been issued, he added.
The chief minister has restarted public outreach program starting from Pulwama last month wherein she visits district headquarters on Sundays to help solve issues of people on the spot.At some places, she even spent more than 24 hours to ensure that decisions are implemented on ground, said an official.
