In an ongoing encounter a civilian has reportedly killed after got hurt by bullet in his shoulder in Pampore area of district Pulwama, Police said.
A civilian is identified as Abdul Gani Mir, and was working as a gardener in the EDI.
Meanwhile, encounter is going on when the last reports came in.
