Honest Officers feeling suffocated under PDP-BJP Regime

Nepotism, favouritism , inefficiency are becoming more visible symbols of the administration under PDP BJP Government, with no reprieve for common masses in sight and they at receiving end.
Pertinently, the rot has been compounded by the fact that senior and well acumen officials and officers are being sidelined and juniors, blue- eyed being promoted.
Just recently, Majid Raina appointment as VC SDA has raised many eyebrows and in a way showcased all what is ailing the functioning of our administration as he was quite down the ladder in seniorty list and overall professional Paradigms.
The examples do not end here Dr Shafqat Khan appointment as SMC Commissioner was another example of elevation of junior officer and sidelining of senior, honest officers. SMC Analysts and watchers state that Dr Shafqat Khan as SMC commissioner has taken rot and inefficiency to new heights as the tainted officials are given prime posting and even those caught red handedly are showered accolades rather than punishment.
Even clicking the General Administration Website and going through the list of KAS officers gives shivers down the spine on the level of rampant nepotism in our administration. On serial Number 281 Dr.Rajinder Kumar Khujaria has been given simple posting and on 288 Junior level Shabir Ahmad Raina has been bestowed choicest posting.
“The Rot in our administration is being gravely showing up more overtly as we are going more low on the principles of governance and the showering of best posts to junior and blue-eyed officials and neglecting the senior and integrity officials is big proof of the same,” stated an Administrative analyst while talking to The Kashmir Scenario.
