After the Majid irshad Khan, another militant surrendered before the police in south Kashmir’s Anantnag district.
According to reports, he has been identfied as Nasir Ahmad Dar s/o Gulam Ahmad Dar of Chimmer Kulgam.
Pertainely, this is second militant who has surrendered on the request of family.
