JAMMU, DECEMBER 24, 2015 – Chief Minister, Mufti Mohammad Sayeed, Thursday, proceeded to New Delhi for consultation and health check up at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS).
An official spokesman today stated that the Chief Minister undertook a hectic six-hour-long tour of Srinagar city on Tuesday amidst intense cold, after which he complained of exhaustion, On Wednesday, he took complete rest at his official residence.
It was felt appropriate to proceed to the union capital for consultation and medical check up. “The Chief Minister’s health is absolutely fine and he is taking rest,” the spokesman added.
